 Basic Recipe, Simple Máinín Bran

Natural Beauty Tips for Women - WebMD

Pretty much, it’s hard to find the recipe for basic simple bran muffins, and the assumption (perhaps) that everyone already knows how to make them, or is capable of interfere in some way if they have not been done their best in some way.

But is that what really came to the world? That the muffin recipe is boring if it doesn’t contain popcorn or M & Ms or cream cheese or carrots? Here’s what I think: I think bran muffins are a classic, and someone should be a guardian of the basic recipe.

I like being as well. So here is the simple original muffin bran recipe. Not gluten-free, not vegan, not low-fat, not blueberries, not made with oat bran or bananas or in raisins. Not that there is anything wrong with any of those things. But sometimes, you just want a bran muffin straight up.

This recipe has raisins. But that's kind of mandatory in a muffin bran, right?

OK, another thing. Instead of using corn bran or something, I like to use actual wheat bran. You can find it at the store, maybe in the “healthy” aisle that most stores seem to have these days (but you can also get it online).

What you need

ad

180 grams

all-purpose flour (about 1 1/2 cups, fitted)

80 grams of wheat bran (about 1 1/3 cup)

1/2 cup sugar (cereal)

1 tbsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 cinnamon ground knot

1/8 cup of fresh hill

1/2 cup raisins

4 Tbsp butter (1/2 stick)

1 large egg

1 cup milk (total)

40 grams molasses (about 1/4 cup)

1 extract (pure)

How to do it

Preheat your oven to 400 ° F.

Combine the flour, bran, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, walnuts and raisins and combine everything evenly. Mixing the raisins with the dry ingredients helps prevent them from pressing to the bottom of the muffins while pushing.

Heat the butter in the microwave, in a microwave safe bowl, for about a minute, until it is liquid but not sizzling. You just want to be able to pour it.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add the milk, molasses, and sheet.

Grind whole and make flour with a 12-cup confidence (or use a paper muffin liner).

Make sure the melted butter is warm but not hot. Slowly pour it into the bowl with the liquid ingredients, attaching a fork to incorporate it well.

Now add the liquid ingredients to the dry ones and gently whisk together a wooden spoon. Scrape down towards the bottom of the bowl to ensure that any dry ingredient pockets get a mixed mixture. But don’t feel too long or too functional. Slow and sweet. Stop stirring once after cleaning everything. The battery will still look.

Keep on the batter for 10 minutes, to allow dry pockets of flour to dissolve and time to simmer in the flour.

Gently place the batter into the prepared pollen and place them directly in the oven.

Bake 20 minutes or until toothpaste comes in the middle of a clean muffin. Check in the pay for 5-10 minutes, then go out on a wire wreck to cool the rest of the way.
